My Journey
I started in healthcare sales and business development, working directly inside the systems that drive how practices grow, operate, and scale.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across multiple areas of healthcare including technology platforms, business solutions, revenue cycle management, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how clinics make purchasing decisions, adopt new tools, manage patient flow, and navigate growth in a highly regulated, performance-driven environment.

I’ve partnered with medical practices, specialty clinics, med spas, and healthcare brands that support providers — from software and service companies to wellness and patient engagement platforms. Through this work, I’ve learned what actually moves the needle: clear positioning, strong operational alignment, smart partnerships, and strategy that connects marketing activity to real revenue outcomes.

Over time, I noticed a consistent gap. Many clinics were investing in marketing without a cohesive growth plan. Campaigns were being launched without clear patient acquisition systems, teams were overwhelmed by disconnected tools, and leadership often lacked visibility into what was truly driving growth.

That’s what led me to focus on growth strategy — helping clinics step back, gain clarity, and build intentional systems that support sustainable patient demand and long-term business success.
